Return Policy

Returns:

You must obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any items.
Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.

A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged on all returns.

You must have your receipt to provide proof of purchase,

* All returns must be in same condition as when you received them.

Used items will not be accepted.

Slipper & Shoe Returns & Replacements

Exchanges will be accepted on the condition that items have only been worn to test for good fit and they are in brand new condition. Slippers and shoes should only be tried on a clean carpeted surface for long enough to determine whether they are a good fit. All returns must be in an identical condition to which they were supplied by us. All returns must be sent back with an RMA# to us within 10 days of receipt. All products will be returned at the customer's expense and we can not be held responsible for any goods that may be mishandled during return.

Defective Merchandise:

We fully guarantee our products and workmanship for 10 days under normal use (excluding extreme weather conditions and improper storage) which will be assessed by Bermo Sport upon the return of the product for refunds. Hoops will be assessed individuallly.

You must obtain an RMA# from us before returning any product.

* Make sure your RMA# is well written on the outside of your package or it will not be accepted.*
